Official Netflix App is coming to the iPhone
Those iPad owners are surely taking all the pleasures out of the Netflix App as it allows them to view streaming movies and shows directly onto the device, but iPhone owners out there will soon experience the same thing. During the WWDC 2010 keynote, Netflix CEO Reed Hastings was center stage with Steve Jobs in announcing the summer release of the iPhone app. In addition to accomplishing all of the things you can find with the service, there's a slight integration with the iPad as the app will resume your streaming movie on your iPhone at the position where you left off from the iPad. No doubt there are going to be a lot of people digging this, but AT&T's new data plan changes could affect how much people use the app over 3G. Hopefully you've got yourself stuck tight with an unlimited plan so you can better use the app freely when it's finally available in the App Store.
