New Battlefield Companion app unleashed on Android, iOS and Windows 10 Mobile

Ahead of the launch of its highly-anticipated Battlefield 1 game slated for October 21, Electronic Arts announced the availability of the companion application for mobile devices.

Battlefield Companion is no news for fans of the franchise, but the latest update brings a complete overhaul of the Battlelog Mobile App to make it fully compatible with Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4 while on the move.

First of all, the application's look has been changed to make it more fresh, but navigation has been improved as well. As mentioned earlier, EA added support for Battlefield 1, so players will now be able to track their progress, customize their loadout, as well as connect with friends.

The Battlefield Companion is compatible with both Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4 games, so you can manage your profile and identity of Battlefield in the Career section. You will be able to see stats and awards from both titles, but you can also see if your friends are doing better at these games than you.

The Customization screen allows players to access an overview of all the weapons and gadgets that they hoarded during their gameplay sessions. This is the place where you can set up your preferred loadout. Also, you can create and customize your emblem directly from the Battlefield Companion application.
