BOGO over, Verizon prices HTC One (M8) and Samsung Galaxy S5 at $99.99 on contract

Verizon tried to grab sales of the two hottest Android models this year, when both the HTC One (M8) and the Samsung Galaxy S5 launched. Big Red offered BOGO deals on both phones. But BOGO deals don't last forever and Verizon has pulled the plug on both. The nation's largest carrier is now offering both flagship models for $99.99 with a signed two-year contract.

If you are a Verizon Edge member, both phones are now $24.99 monthly for 24 months. After 30 days, if you've paid down your balance by 50% or more, you can swap your handset for a new phone. And if you plan on paying for either model sans contract, it will cost you $599.99 each.

With the LG G3 expected to be unveiled as soon as next month, it might not be too long before we see whether Verizon continues the BOGO offers on new top-shelf models.
